For more than 15 years, I have dedicated my career to improving Central Valley and California communities through advocacy, philanthropy, and development.

As vice president and community relations sr. consultant, I am charged with implementing Wells Fargo’s community and economic development programs in Central California including the coastal communities of Monterey.

In this role, I maintain the company’s Community Reinvestment Act initiatives that support underserved populations and represents the company in all aspects of community outreach. In addition, I serve as a Board Member for The California Wellness Foundation whose mission is to advance wellness for the people of California by increasing access to health care, quality education, good jobs, healthy environments and safe neighborhoods.

I was named after CIA agent “Jerry Daniels” who helped resettle Hmong families and served alongside the Hmong soldiers during the Secret War.

I was born in San Diego but my family relocated to Fresno in 1994. One of 13 children from a farming family in the Central Valley, I spent many summers and after school hours in the fields to help my family make ends meet.

This experience gave me firsthand exposure to the hardships that many immigrant and working families endure. It has guided my desire to lift up socioeconomic conditions for all.
